The location was A-MA-ZING, right in the heart of the old quarter! 🚶‍♂️ But the breakfast setup could use a makeover, and the rooms felt a bit tight at times.

The staff welcomed us personally, providing all the information we needed for our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, including delicious hot foods, and the room with the balcony was spacious, easily accommodating our group. Located in the heart of town, we could easily explore local attractions and enjoy nearby shopping.

The concierge was incredibly informative, helping us map out our next adventure around Hanoi without missing a beat.

The room had a fairly decent setup with a cozy ambiance that made settling in easy. Its central location allowed quick access to the bustling streets, making it a breeze to explore the surroundings.

There were issues with the electronic safe, which worked only intermittently, adding a little inconvenience. The breakfast arrangements fell flat with limited seating and slow refills of food items, making it a less enjoyable experience. The decor appeared dated, with noticeable cracks and stains on the walls that detracted from the overall atmosphere.

Great staff and comfy stay!

The staff were super helpful! They helped us book our trips and gave good advice on what to choose. Our room was cozy, and I loved the breakfast spread at the restaurant. One thing, though, the aircon in our room was a bit loud and had some issues, but other than that, it was a solid stay.

I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the great water pressure in the shower. After a day of sightseeing, we always returned to a clean room, perfect for recharging!

The room was cozy and super comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. The blackout curtains worked wonders for a good night's sleep. Clean linens every day were a plus, and the strong water pressure in the shower felt great. However, the decor looked a bit dated, which was kind of a bummer.

Family friendly oasis

They let us leave our big bags after checkout so we could explore without the weight. Plus, the breakfast spread was great, really fueled us for the day ahead.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.
